Who holds the paper on WA ground? Every caveat and mortgage, mapped
Every caveat and mortgage on a live WA mining title names the party holding it. We read all 7,635 of them and drew the web: royalty companies, banks, funds, traders and security trustees, linked to the companies whose ground they sit over. Royal Gold holds caveats over more live titles than any bank. Search any company and see its whole web.

Never miss a WA tenement deadline: rent, Form 5 and reports in one calendar
97 live WA titles are more than a month late on rent, and 82 on a Form 5. Every title runs on its own calendar, and a book of them is a lot of dates to keep straight. The new NextMaps compliance manager reads every deadline on your titles from the DMPE register each morning, ticks them off when the register shows them done, and reminds you before they fall due.

Who owns WA's tenements? Every title, traced to its ASX owner
BHP, Rio Tinto and Fortescue hold no WA tenements in their own names. Their ground sits under subsidiaries, and the register only ever tells you who holds a title, never who owns the holder. We read the annual reports of every listed company with WA ground and traced each subsidiary back to its parent. You can now colour the map by owner, search by ticker, and watch or alert on a whole company.

Follow the ground, not the company
The analytics panel in NextMaps has been rebuilt on our own copy of the WA tenement register. Five cards: what was pegged and dropped week by week, who is gaining and giving up ground, transfers grouped by the deal rather than by the tenement, new tenure pegged on parcels someone just walked away from, and the make-up of whatever tenure is on your screen. It is the WA Mining Weekly, scoped to your viewport and available whenever you want it.

Before the Warden: contested ground, on the map
A new Tenement Intelligence layer in NextMaps, built on the Warden's Court cause lists. Forfeiture applications, plaints and ballots plotted on the ground they concern, about six weeks before the hearing. And when a ballot names only one applicant, we name the other one from our own tenure data.

Hyperspectral mineral maps across Western Australia
A new remote-sensing layer in NextMaps: EnMAP hyperspectral mineral maps, our own derived products from 224-band satellite data. Where ASTER sees a broad mineral group, hyperspectral resolves the species and its chemistry, so white-mica chemistry, kaolin crystallinity and chlorite Fe/Mg become alteration vectors. Now tiled over the whole state, straight on the WA tenement map.

ASTER and Sentinel-2 mineral mapping, now in NextMaps
Two new remote-sensing layers in NextMaps: ASTER mineral maps for district-scale alteration, and timestamped Sentinel-2 imagery with mineral-ratio composites for the exact ground you are working. Map iron oxides, clays and silica straight on the WA tenement map, no GIS licence required.

The first project has sold through NextMaps
Exploration ground carries value that is hard to realise, because there has never been an easy place to move it. A gold project has now listed and sold through the marketplace, start to finish. The venue works.

The WA Tenement Register Was Always Valuable
The WA tenement register has always contained valuable signals, but they were buried across static records, PDFs, and disconnected systems. NextMaps turns that registry data into a spatial intelligence platform, surfacing behavioural patterns around exploration spend, competition, ownership, drilling activity, distress, and ground availability across Western Australia.
